At Orange Jug we offer non-judgmental, safe and confidential ADHD coaching for individuals and families impacted by ADHD.

You may be newly diagnosed or diagnosed as a child, questioning whether you have ADHD and wondering where to next, or a care giver or loved one of someone with ADHD.

Whether in your 20s or diagnosed for the first time in your 50s, 60s or beyond, we understand the road to diagnosis may have been a long and difficult one.

Our coaching is strength based and client driven and can support you to -

Understand your or a loved one's ADHD and how it may be impacting life.

Find practical and manageable solutions to life's difficulties that work with your unique brain wiring.

Reach life goals through accountability and the use of ADHD friendly tools.

Discover your strength, despite and because of ADHD.

Explore the 'where to now' that comes with a new diagnosis.

Move from a place of overwhelm and chaos to enjoying life and thriving.

Orange Jug offers professional development ADHD seminars to schools, workplaces and other organisations.  Our sessions provide participants with an understanding of ADHD, the ability to recognise signs that may point to a person having undiagnosed ADHD and strategies to work with children and adults in an ADHD friendly way.

Through sharing lived ADHD experiences and presenting up to date information, we aim to break down common misbeliefs and myths around ADHD.

If you would like to know more about our services, please contact us or book a free 30 minute consultation. We would love to hear from you.

At Orange Jug we acknowledge the land we live, work and play on as Dja Dja Wurrung country and recognise the Dja Dja Wurrung people as the traditional owners.

We express our thanks to their elders, past, present and emerging.  We recognise that the sharing of their land has come at a significant cost to all Dja Dja Wurrung people.
